Welcome to Knowledge Quest!
Our goal is to always serve you better, so we will continue to improve and add new features to our website for your convenience.
Our new features include the ability to view your past orders, download current and past purchases, save items to your wishlist, and much more. In order to access these new features, you will need to create an account. Here are some frequently asked questions regarding our new website and your new account at Knowledge Quest.
2.Create User Profile
There are two ways to create a new user profile on our site.
The first way is to click the head and shoulders profile (user) icon in the top right corner of your screen on the main toolbar. You can create a new account at any time while browsing our website.
- To create a new user account on the website, simply click on user icon from the main toolbar » click Register and enter your email.
Check your email for your login credentials and further instructions.
The second way to create a user profile is to create a new account before proceeding to payment.
- Add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout (once you are finished shopping) » check Create Account just below the email address text box, enter your information, and proceed to payment.
There are many ways to search for and find the products you are looking for on our website. Search for products from the Home page, Shop page, or by using the search feature (magnifying glass icon in the main menu toolbar).
4.How To Login/Log out
Click the user icon on the main toolbar, and enter your username and password on the Login tab.
To Log Out:
Click the user icon on the main toolbar, and click Logout on the drop-down menu.
Welcome to your Dashboard!
Your dashboard holds all the transactions, downloads, and information you provided to us. You can access and update your account information from here, including download links, shipping information, and more.
To access your dashboard, click the user icon on the main toolbar, and then click My Dashboard.
The Orders tab contains all your recent purchases (since December 2017). It can show you all the details pertaining to each transaction.
To view purchase details, click View in the Actions column.
The Downloads tab contains all the digital files that you have purchased, which you can access forever.
The Addresses tab contains a record of your Shipping Address and Billing Address. You can update either of these addresses anytime you want.
Addresses saved in this tab will be used automatically whenever you purchase a product from our website.
The Payment Methods tab shows all the payment options you can use when purchasing products from our website.
To add a payment method, click the Add Payment Method button.
The Account Details tab contains all the personal info that you provided to us. This is also where you can change your password.
6.Ticket / Chat Support
Knowledge Quest offers chat and ticket support systems to answer your questions and serve you better.
To access chat support, simply click the Chat with Us button on the left-hand side of the page.
To submit a support ticket, go to the Dashboard menu, click My Tickets and you will access your Ticket Support Dashboard.
To open a ticket, you may click Open a Ticket on the ticket dashboard. To review your previously submitted tickets, click My Tickets.
Occasionally, we provide coupon codes to be used to receive a discount. To use a coupon code, enter the valid code into the text box below the products in your shopping cart and click Apply Coupon. Coupons are not case sensitive.
If you would like to bookmark a product to come back to later or save to share with a friend, take advantage of our Wishlist feature. Click the heart <3 icon below the Add to Cart button on any product page and this will add the product to your wishlist. You can access your wishlist from the right-hand side of the main toolbar.
We have an affiliate program and you can earn between 25% – 50% commissions on each and every Knowledge Quest sale that you make. This includes every product or program that we sell on the following sites:
Product by product, we have built out the affiliate resource center for you with all kinds of resources, including banners, images, and email templates! Read below to find out how we support, train, and encourage our referral partners:
Affiliate Resource Center – we’ve provided a resource center for you that contains all the coded links that you’ll need to promote any of the products or programs we offer. The resource center also includes images and banners in various shapes and sizes that you can place on your website, blog, or social media page.
Freebies – we also provided many free ebooks and product samples that you can give away to your friends. These are specially coded with your affiliate link so that you get credit for any purchases they make as a result of your free giveaway.
Click/Sale Tracker – when you log in to your affiliate account, you will be able to see how many click-throughs have come from your referral links, plus a record of every sale you’ve made.
